The Pilot Water Allocation Tool (PWAT) was created to support the Blueberry River First Nations Implementation Agreement - Pilot EFN Operational Guidance Policy.

Foundry Spatial provided access to the PWAT under contract to the Province of BC. As of April 1, 2025, the PWAT is no longer available.
